ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Customer Success ****with experience in functional medicine, concierge medicine, wellness, longevity, health tech or a related field. This person will play a pivotal role in guiding both physicians and individuals to get the most value out of Jona’s platform.
Compensation
Base salary range: $120,000–$160,000, plus meaningful equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
ROLE OUTLINE
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians and clients, ensuring they succeed with Jona’s platform and achieve measurable clinical and business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with physicians and care teams, supporting their integration of Jona into functional, concierge and longevity practices.
- Guide customers through onboarding, training and ongoing engagement, tailoring support to their goals.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, workflow optimization and day-to-day support for both clinical and consumer users.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities, share feedback, and improve the customer experience.
- Develop and refine educational resources, training materials and best practices for clinicians and patients.
- Track customer health, usage and satisfaction; proactively intervene to prevent churn and drive long-term value.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring Jona continues to evolve as a trusted, science-led partner.
